Self-contained stables conversion in the small village of North Marston in rural Buckinghamshire. The cottage has one bedroom with en suite shower room. The living / dining area has two leather sofas, (of which one sofa-bed), 65' TV with surround sound, Netflix, Freeview, Blu-Ray player, wood-burning stove. Wifi is available. There is a separate small but well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is private off-road parking on the drive right next to the cottage.The village has a local community shop, pub across the road from the cottage offering very decent food (Michelin Guide entry 2018), children's play park, sports field with fitness trail, numerous countryside walks and cycle routes. We provide a welcome pack including a pint of milk, tea-bags, sugar, instant coffee and two Nespresso coffee machine capsules (more can be purchased from us at a cost of £5 for a box of ten or you are welcome to bring your own), toilet rolls, washing up liquid, sponge/dish-cloth and dishwasher machine tablets. Manor Farm Stables is in a small village a rural location in north Buckinghamshire. The village has a Community Shop where you can buy all you need to make a meal. There is also a village pub - which features in the Michelin Guide 2018 - right across the road from the cottage. There are several National Trust properties within 20 minutes drive.
Getting around
A car is recommended. A bus passes through the village between Buckingham and Aylesbury every couple of hours during the day.
