If its a central location you are looking for, then this is it! An extremely pleasant and privately owned new apartment, literally four minutes walk from Cabot Circus, Bristol's flagship £500 million leisure and shopping development. Excellent value. Reduction for full week or more. Very close to the City Centre and yet amazingly within a quiet setting surrounded my modern buildings. The apartment is on the first floor of a totally modern, small and tasteful apartment block (only six other apartments) and is accessed through a secure communal entrance.There is an adjoining car park which is exclusive to apartment owners, although not always available. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy in the knowledge that so many amenities are on the doorstep. Quality fresh bed linen and towels. Spotlessly clean apartment. Essentially this is an apartment for two although a comfortable inflatable double bed makes it also suitable for an extra person or a couple with a young child. It is light, airy and very comfortable. Such a good alternative to and much more competitively priced than a hotel. As an example, The nearby Holiday Inn advertises from just over £100.00 a night but in reality charges well in excess of this for room only! For a room at The Holiday Inn which is half the size of this apartment it is £140.00! The apartment of course has more freedom and flexibility over what you do & when. All the privacy you want. This apartment can offer you exactly what you need, with the security of a home, the practicality of a central location, and modern comforts. As well as adjoining parking for three vehicles (slightly hit and miss as they serve six apartments), there is on street meter parking, and Cabot Circus - just a few minutes walk - has secure, state of the art well lit overnight fully covered parking for a very modest fee - just £2.50 between 6.00 pm and 6.00 am!!. There is now also guaranteed private parking in a secure compound two minutes away at a cost of £10.00 per 24 hour period or part thereof. Check in is after 2.00 p.m. and check out by 11.00 at latest. According to the level of bookings there could be flexibility with times of arrival and departure, something which doesn't often feature elsewhere! Usually self check-in. Very simple booking system. Come and enjoy this wonderful city - a short refreshing break here might do you the world of good at this time of year! Incidentally, Bath is only an easy 12 minute train ride away! More

The plethora of cleaning products would suggest that cleanliness is a major concern here, and is fully justified. The utensils for self-catering a little less so. There again, the multitude of food outlets in the nearby mall and Broadmead may tempt you not to bother...More

Central apartment although a bit like a building site when we were there. Within walking distance off many of the city's attractions and also plenty restaurants. Great place for a city break.

As the profile clearly states the apartments are being extended and hence the building work in progress which essentially makes little difference to the internal ambience and quiet nature of the apartment itself

Great apartment, great location, great service! Within easy walking distance of the Cabot Circus shopping centre, this spacious apartment is an ideal choice for a city break. The owner/manager Robert is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights at Pembroke Court, and would definitely recommend to others looking for a wonderfully spacious, well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of the city centre. Everything we needed for a great break. Thank you Robert.
