Nice, spacious townhouse with amazing views. Outdoor furniture great for meals while watching the waves. The kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable king beds and shower water pressure was great. There are stairs up to the townhome plus it is then split level once inside. You do hear the traffic and a bit away from St. Augustine. But beautiful views, peaceful locked location with direct beach access, and just a short drive to explore St. Augustine.

Amazing LOCATION! RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Fantastic view from unit!!
Most everthing you'd need is provided. (Extra beach chairs, float, some beach toys, PLENTY of towels and even Dog designated towels! Everything was in working order, though the W/D was extremely loud.
LOVED the wading pools on the beach! PERFECT to hang out in & cool off. Thet were there every day! We loved these.
Suggestion- please add some hooks on wall & on door in bathrooms for places to hang your swimwear, towel, robe, clothes -would be a major help :)
No dishwasher pods or liquid. I did reach out & was told to look under the sink, which I'd already done w/none there. Didn't hear back on that, but had a small issue w/a bees nest/ swarm of bees from the property just below us and to the right (if you're looking at the ocean). I messaged about that & when we came back from the beach we no longer saw them. THANK YOU for this prompt action😀
Large Palmetto bug on the wall in stairs. 1 roach in am in a glass in the kitchen. Apparently both are issues in FL so not a huge deal given only those 2 were noted. Over all clean and as pictured and we fully enjoyed ourselves!
One bad thing- the entry stairwell smelled terrible (like pee & was VERY dirty and stained). I dreaded going to the car/ pool because of it. Please have the maintenance address this as it was the only *major* turn off.
Otherwise we'd come again!

Everything we needed was there, loved the beach decor. We were right at home. So happy the home owners let us stay at their place. The pictures were just as the place was.
Two different nights we did have to kill a roach so didn't know if it was time to spray again. It was in the master bedroom and no place else.

We have been going to this particular beach for years, every time we visit St Augustine, and we've always wanted to stay right there. When I found these condos, I knew we had to stay, and we were definitely not disappointed! Even though it was just the 2 of us, we loved it, and we will come back for sure with our daughter, or even with another couple, because there's so much space. They have thought of everything, and we had a wonderful relaxing time. The beach right in front is quiet and secluded, and it is the most unique and interesting beach we've been to, with the tide pools and sandbars. The location is absolutely perfect, and the condo is directly on the beach. If you don't like stairs, I will say, this is not the place for you, but we got used to and enjoyed the three levels and the ease of getting to the beach. We, especially my husband, are VERY particular about beds and sheets, and both were VERY comfortable! The only two things I would suggest, and I mean the ONLY two things:1-Put a tiny piece of velcro on the dryer door and the wall so it sticks to the wall when clothes are being loaded or unloaded (I kept getting hit in the head...), and 2-In the master bedroom downstairs, put a loveseat or bench right in front of the bed for sitting and seeing the tv or sitting on while getting ready. Yes, that's IT as far as suggestions! That's ALL I could come up with because the place is so perfect!! Shhh...don't tell anyone- keep it a secret!! We will definitely be back!!

This was a very well kept, clean condo with great direct beach access. Isolated beach provided a fairly private setting with minimal other beach goers, even during spring break. Nice distance to St Augustine for day trips.
