Ground Floor This simply furnished and much unchanged farmhouse accommodation is extremely spacious and ideal for large groups of friends and family. The front door opens into a wide hallway, off which there is a cosy SITTING ROOM with fireplace housing a log effect electric fire. The room is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa, easy chairs, flat screen TV, coffee table and items of occasional furniture. The large DINING ROOM contains a farmhouse dining table, 8 chairs and a sideboard. An opening leads to the fitted KITCHEN with a range of Shaker style units and integral appliances including electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge/freezer. The BATHROOM has a low doorway and ceiling; it contains a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC and the automatic washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a simple SHOWER ROOM containing shower, wash hand basin and WC. First Floor A wide staircase leads to the four simple bedrooms. At the top of the staircase is a fitted SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. The MASTER BEDROOM, which is large, light and airy, contains a double bed and bedroom furniture. BEDROOM 2 also contains a double bed and matching furniture. BEDROOMS 3 and 4 each contain twin beds. Bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets. Garden and Parking The large lawned garden is enclosed and safe for children. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. There is ample parking for several cars and a boat. Other Information There is full oil central heating throughout the property charged at £30 per week when required; please pay at the property. All electricity is included in the rental. A cot and highchair are available. Towels are available on request - £5 per guest. WiFi is proving tricky to install, please check with us when booking. Pets are welcome downstairs (charge applies). good family rental, safe garden and no passing traffic. easy walk to the coast path. slightly musty inside but kitchen and bathrooms good. hope to stay again.

This beautiful farmhouse was set in beautiful countryside not far from St David's. The rooms were large and the farmhouse kitchen was perfect for family meals and for chatting about the days' events. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery etc to meet the needs...More
