Situated on the ground floor and accessed by an internal staircase are the two bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, integral wardrobe, chest of drawers and wash hand basin. The smaller bedroom has two single beds, together with a chest of drawers, both bedrooms have views over the garden. The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. All bed linen is provided. The cottage has electric night storage heating throughout with the addition of a wood burning stove in the lounge for those colder days.
The cottage is situated in a quiet rural location with views over open farmland, close to the village of Castlemorris on the edge of the National Parks. Ty Moch Bach stands in its own large well-kept garden with picnic table to the front and side of the cottage to take advantage of the sunshine. The cottage is accessed by a private driveway with off road parking situated directly to the front of the cottage.
The city of St Davids and its Cathedral are a few minutes drive away, together with the market towns of Fishguard and Haverfordwest. Nearby are the unspoilt beaches of Aber Mawr, Whitesands and Abereiddy. For those who enjoy walking, the Pembrokeshire coastal footpath will take you along the cliff tops, past secluded coves and beaches protected by the National Parks. Less than one mile away is the Priskilly Forest Golf Course and also close by are the courses of Whitesands and Newport.
The cottage is available for booking throughout the year, normally on a Saturday to Saturday basis, but dependent on previous occupation, other changeovers, mid-week breaks and long weekends may be arranged. Minimum 3 night stay out of peak season. The cottage is suitable for people of all ages including families with small children. Sorry no pets allowed.

The cottage is excellent, immaculately clean and warm and comfortable . It has everything you want and feels like a home from home to relax in.
It is ideally situated for enjoying the Pembrokeshire coastline and I would highly recommend and have already booked for next year.

A gem of a cottage
We are just back from beautiful Ty Moch Bach. A lovely, well appointed cottage in such a peaceful setting. The owners really do go that extra mile to ensure that every need is met. Beautifully clean and well maintained. This cottage is a real gem. It’s close to many coastal walks, wonderful places to eat, and a golfers paradise with peace and tranquility. It’s not our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last. Would highly recommend, but not when we want to go!

The Perfect Break
A delightfully immaculate cottage with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. Safe & well kept outside space which the children loved, particularly seeing the horses each day & the cats from the nearby farm.
Perfectly located to easily reach many beautiful local beaches and places of interest, while retaining a tranquil, tucked away location, which adds to the cottage’s charm.
The decor inside is lovely & all very well maintained, I’m not sure I’ve slept in a more comfortable bed before! It’s clear to see that the host takes huge pride in Ty Moch Bach, we highly recommend it for families and couples alike. This is our second time staying and we will definitely be returning again next year. Thank you!

Holiday Cottage
For anyone looking for an immaculate, clean, home from home cottage, this is the one. There are plenty of beautiful beaches and eating places within an easy distance of the cottage. For any golf enthusiasts this is a good location with a golf course quite close by, which suits all levels of the game. This is the third time we have visited and will definitely be returning in the future. Perfect host, many thanks.

Excellent cottage
We loved our stay! The cottage was immaculate upon our arrival and the location is perfect, especially for exploring north Pembrokeshire. Karen was great at communicating before and during our stay, and all arrival instructions were very clear to follow. Highly recommend this cottage!

This cottage set the highest standard for quality, presentation and cleanliness.
This location is ideal for exploring Pembrokeshire coast from top to bottom.
There are plenty of options for eating out nearby, from fine dining to pub grub, but, it is advisable to book ahead.
This property also has everything necessary for full in-house catering, or alfresco, if that is your preference.
We enjoyed a fantastic 10 day holiday, probably the best rental property we have stayed at.

Holiday cottages don't come better than this
Ty Moch Bach ticks all the boxes (and a few more besides). The cottage is beautifully presented and comes with everything one could possibly need for a self-catering holiday, including a very well equipped kitchen, wood burner, pretty garden, private parking and a decent wi-fi connection. It is also spotlessly clean, which is particularly important just now. Ty Moch Bach has the added benefit of being well located for walks along the Pembrokeshire coast path, whilst the nearest beach (Aber Mawr) is a 10 minute drive or one hour walk from the front door. The owner Karen clearly takes great pride in the property and responds quickly to messages and emails. 100% recommended.

A lovely comfortable place, very clean and well equipped
We really did enjoy our stay and we plan on going back Again next year. We highly recommend this beautiful barn conversation it’s ideal for a small family or Even just the two of you wanting a break.

About the neighbourhood
There are some lovely local beaches within 2 miles of the cottage, these include Abermawr and its smaller neighbour Aberbach, these being very quite, clean pebble beaches. Other beaches to visit are Abereiddy and Whitesands (life guarded during the summer)
There is a small pub in the village, which is a walkable half a mile down the lane, they give a warm welcome to visitors .
There are many establishments for eating out to suit a whole variety of tastes and budget, including the local 'award winning' fish and chip shop Something's Cooking, well worth a visit.
The area is renouned for its wildlife especially sea birds and dependant on time of the year (around September ) whilst walking along the coastal footpath you can see many seals with their pups.
The cottage is located in a quite location surrounded by open countryside, with some of our guests just coming to enjoy a peaceful break in a beautiful rural location.
