On entering this delightful cottage,built in 1850 from local carrstone,an entrance hall with a stone floor will take you through to the charming kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with an AGA-style-style style oven,washing machine,fridge and microwave,the kitchen also features a small dining area. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a cosy bedroom with a comfy king-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and plenty of storage space. There is also a bathroom complete with a roll top bath,walk-in shower and WC. Going upstairs you will find the first floor comprises a spacious open-plan lounge/bedroom. At one end is a comfortable and welcoming lounge area,complete with plenty of comfy seating,a traditional wood burner,Smart TV and DVD. At the other end is a sleeping area with a king-size bed again with Egyptian cotton sheets. There are beautiful views over fields and the lovely Norfolk countryside. Stepping outside,you will find an enclosed garden with lawn,shrubs and mature trees which adjoins the formal Vicarage gardens and offers views of the church. A wall surrounds the Vicarage and encloses the garden as well. Pretty garden furniture is provided for you to sit and enjoy sunny days and evening drinks. The quiet roads are ideal for walking and cycling,and the Sandringham apple orchards are a very short walk away. Off-road parking is available for two cars on a gravel drive.
