Casa Luisa is a centuries-old stone house on the edge of a small, perfectly restored in its old structures resort, nestled between gorgeous leafy hillsides. The EC has large living-dining room (with satellite TV, radio-CD and double sofa bed) with passage to a cozy fireplace room with large old fireplace. the kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, gas stove, electric oven), before partly porch, partly terrace has been completely redesigned in 2008/09. The loving and individual equipment is good and plentiful; Central heating (gas), washing machine. The house was in 2009 completely renovated (floors, bathrooms, kitchen and heating new). The small but charming garden with ornamental fountain with several beautiful outdoor lamps is fenced and has two entrances, one with outdoor intercom; a barbecue has been created 2017; Private parking space. The house is set halfway between the Nera Valley and the mountain massif of Monte Polino. The stay is very pleasant even in the hot summer months, the old stone house remains cool inside. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and walking, very close hillsides to climb. For water sports and swimming a Piediluco lake, a large leisure pool in Terni, or the small swimming pool of Arrone load. There are of sports facilities, a large supply: canoeing and rafting on the river Nera, sport fishing, horseback riding ... Old towns nearby are worth visiting, including Polino, Scheggino, Spoleto, Clitunno, Assisi, Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco Foligno, Perugia .... in the Nera Valley you will find the black truffle, which is used in many dishes in restaurants - at affordable prices. Scheggino is the Truffle Museum. In the neighboring Casteldilago a small winery that is very good and cheap homegrown wines is sold. Each of the resorts in the area celebrates its own village festival with procession, music and specialties of the place.More
