In the adjoining utility room you will find the washing machine and separate WC. Through to the open-plan lounge/diner where you can relax in front of the wood burner and watch a film on the TV or head out of the French doors into the garden. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms,one double with views over countryside and one twin. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC is also on this floor. The enclosed garden with charcoal BBQ,patio and lawn is the perfect place for al fresco dining or for the children to play. Here you can enjoy far reaching countryside views and views of the spring fed listed aqueduct built in 1847 which crosses one of the fields. There is a Wendy house available for the children to enjoy,this also doubles as extra storage for bikes. More
