This former school house rests within the Yorkshire Wolds village of Kilham and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Old School House is a lovely period cottage located in the village of Kilham, within the East Riding of Yorkshire. It boasts three bedrooms; two king-size doubles, one with en-suite shower room and a 4' double, sleeping six adults and 2 children altogether. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom and open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. Old School House enjoys a delightful location, the ideal escape to Yorkshire countryside. Town: Kilham is located amidst the Yorkshire Wolds, with two pubs, a local store, a Post Office and two churches. The surrounding countryside offers walking and cycling opportunities, whilst nearby Driffield provides a variety of shops and tea rooms together with a twice-weekly market. You also have Bridlington just 9 miles away, or a fun day out at Scarborough. The medieval walls, Minster and array of museums at the city of York are within easy driving distance.More
