This delightful 2 bed 2 bath terraced townhouse is in the center of Calahonda close to all amenities.

Downstairs is spacious, with an open fitted kitchen, shower bathroom, dining and lounge area and sliding doors to the sunny terrace is an excellent place to relax on some leather couches by the TV or fireplace.
Upstairs reached by the central feature staircase are two good sized bedrooms both with terraces and the centrally placed bathroom. One further flight up gives access to the solarium roof.
The views are simply stunning. Imagine having romantic dinner with a sunset and 360 view of see and mountains. Gibraltar is clearly visible, and with a clear day you can see the coast of Africa.

A 20% deposit is required due 5 days after sending the quote. The balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival date.

Security breakages deposit of £200 required , which is FULLY REFUNDED pending property check and return of the keys. We will NOT keep your deposit if you break a glass or anything minor. In this event we would appreciate that you inform us of this so we can arrange replacement.

Renters are advised to have appropriate travel insurance. The owners cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of rental.

Calahonda is one of the best positioned towns on the Costa Del Sol. Half way between Fuengirola and Marbella it has more than enough to keep everyone happy. With the beautiful towns of La Cala De Mijas and Cabopino port just a mile either way, you could not be any more central.

Calahonda has some of the best bars and restaurants. Max Beach for 5 star food & night club, El Oceana restaurant and piano bar both of which are on the beach,boasting stunning views. Eat the best food, drink good wine and dance with the sea breaking next to you.

Calahonda has many lively bars and a choice of cuisines...Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Swiss...you name it something to suit everybody taste!

Airport: Malaga: 50.0 km
Calahonda is situated 35 km from Malaga Airport which has excellent links with most airports in the UK and Europe. British Airways, British Midlands,Iberian Airways, Easy Jet are just some of the airlines which arrive at Malaga every ten minutes in the summer months. From here, car hire can easily be arranged, if not already pre-booked with all the major companies such as Hertz and Avis as well as local Spanish companies being represented in the basement of the airport terminal and in the car park outside.
