Quiet ground floor apartment, no steps from entrance to the apartment and only one small step from the street to the complex. Covered terrace opening directly to the gardens and pools. Perfect for families with children of all ages, couples and mature guests and a car is NOT essential.

Please enquire about prices for less than 4 guests as, during certain times of the year, a small discount may be applied. You will be met by our Property Manager at the apartment, but for arrivals between 2300 and 0200 an extra 40eur will be payable locally. Midstay cleaning can be organised locally. Longer term rentals are welcome during lower season months and we would be happy to provide a quotation at heavily discounted rates.

Elviria is a residential and touristic resort known for it's quality amenities, fantastic beaches and of course it's golf courses. It's located just 15 minutes drive from the main town of Marbella.

Getting around
You won't need a car to get around. There is a taxi stand conveniently situation just 3 minutes walk away. The bus stop (between Marbella and Fuengirola) is 5 minutes walk, and beaches easily walkable. If you fancy a day in Malaga centre, catch the bus to Fuengirola and then the train right into the centre. You can also catch the train to the airport from Fuengirola. Lots and lots of easy transport options if you don't fancy hiring a car. The location of this apartment really means that you can try a little bit of everything, whether you are looking for relaxation or something a littler livelier.

The nearest beach is only 10-15 minute walk as is the famous Nikki Beach Don Carlos. Santa Maria golf course is also very nearby and walking distance.
