This lovely two bedroom apartment (sleeps maximum 6 guests) is located frontline beach of Marbesa, Marbella in a small complex called Club Playa Real. Privately owned, our guests are permitted to use all the on-site facilities of the apartotel Heritage Resort Playa Real. There are 2 bedrooms, the Master with ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to it's own private balcony looking out to the ocean and another with 2 single beds, plus family bathroom. Both bedrooms have plenty of fitted wardrobe space and individually controlled air conditioning.

The well equipped kitchen has a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and is fully equipped for up to 6 guests. There is a large serving hatch through to the living area.

About the neighbourhood
The best thing about this apartment is the location as you really do have everything you could want on your doorstep. Marbesa is both a tourist and residential area and Elviria is also a short walk away, as is the world famous Nikki Beach. Restaurant choices are endless and include onsite Robertos Pizzeria, Papillon Beach restaurant (regular live music and shows), a steak house grill, spanish cafe/chicken grill restaurant, Triana Beach chiringuito, Carlos y Paula chiringuito, The Beach House Elviria.....
You can walk along the beach for miles and in theory all the way to Marbella town (although it's too far for most!), passing lots and lots of bars and restaurants. There are 2 large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.
Getting around
If you do not want to hire a car, then there is a regular bus route 220 between Fuengirola and Marbella. Every amenity that you can imagine is within easy walking distance.

Railway: Fuengirola: 22.0 km
Ferry: Malaga: 40.0 km
There is a private car park right beside the complex and you will be provided with one space. Further parking is plentiful close by. If you prefer not to hire a car, then an airport transfer is easy to organise for less than 100eur for 4 pax. Alternatively, catch the train from the airport to Fuengirola and then bus or taxi the rest of the way. There are many different options.
