The shared infinity pool is nicely heated by the sun and located adjacent to the condo building--with only three other rental units to share the pool THE INDOOR SPACE: The condo is fully furnished and equipped with the following---- • All kitchen necessities, including stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, eating utensils, toaster oven, cookware, pantry items such as tea, salt, pepper, and items left by previous guests, plus 5 gal jug of bottled water; • On-site laundry room with washer and dryer • Quality, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout--including closets/drawers, desk and work space. • Big screen satellite TV, DVD player, small library of DVDs and books; • In condo Wi-Fi internet service---also available in the cafe/bar, patio and pool areas; • Linens, bath/beach towels are provided sufficient for all guests. Change of linens and towels, and condo cleaning is weekly, unless specifically requested for a small fee paid directly to the cleaner. • Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout The condo has THREE BEDROOMS and 2.5 baths (with hair dryer)—equipped for up to 7 guests: • A master bedroom suite with full bath, a queen bed; mirrored closet, dresser & desk work space • A 2nd bedroom with double bed; closeted mirror and chest of drawers • A 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, mirrored closet • Plus an optional single sofa bed in the living room. Children are welcome. However, the unit does not have cribs or other bedding for infants or small children. Guests with infants or small children will need to bring their own sleeping equipment and bedding. The condo is non-smoking except for the outside balconies. Pets are accepted upon owner approval. Also note that the condo is located on the second floor, so a one floor stairway walk is required for access. FIVE BALCONIES provide space for relaxing and enjoying the sea breezes and magnificent views-- three overlook the Caribbean sea and two overlook the lush forest. The resort is a nature preserve, and the area is a sanctuary for endangered iguanas and features vibrant mangroves. The resort is eco-tourism oriented, and as such the natural white sand beach is kept raked and clean, but manicured only occasionally, as needed. The resort has a small cafe-bar and lobby area that offers sit down or light catering services that need to be pre-arranged with the resort manager. Common activity areas include the 3rd floor roof top terrace viewing area and 1st floor common area with a ping pong table and game tables.

About the neighbourhood

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, tranquil....off the beaten path. The location is great---- just 10 minutes drive east of the airport and 5 minutes from the ferry terminal---in a discrete area away from the crowds of West End and out of the busy cruise ship area, yet within easy driving distance to shopping and all the island's best spots. The resort has a small cafe-bar and lobby area that offers sit down or light catering services that need to be pre-arranged with the resort manager. Common activity areas include the 3rd floor roof top terrace viewing area and 1st floor common area with a ping pong table and game tables.

Getting around

A rental car is advised to explore the many sites on the island—though taxis are readily available, and quite inexpensive if flagged on the main road. Resort staff can serve as concierge to set up car rental, tours, snorkeling trips, dive packages, help with grocery or other shopping runs, or other island trips---at very reasonable fees--- as well as guide for restaurants and tourist activities. Caribbean meal catering , private chef services and massage also can be arranged.

How to get there

Guests may request a complimentary "Meet and Greet" at the airport or ferry terminal. This includes escort service from the arrival terminal to the condo, plus assistance with rental car or reduced rate taxi service. Transportation costs to the condo are the responsibility of guests. It is essential for guests to be in contact with our property manager at least 3 days prior to arrival in order to request a "Meet and Greet", if desired, plus check-in arrangements as there is no reception desk at this small resort. Contact information will be provided upon booking. .Also note that pricing is based on season and on the number of persons booking. The base rate is for up to 4 persons, with additional charges of $7 per person per night for more than 4 up to the maximum of 7 persons
