Kingfisher nook is a cosy self contained annex with far reaching views over the beautiful Waveney valley on the Norfolk / Suffolk border. The picturesque river runs at the bottom of the garden providing direct access for kayaking or fishing on the upper reaches of the Waveney. The property has private entrance with its own fully equipped kitchen, living room, and showeroom and has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard. Located in the picturesque village of Hoxne, within walking distance of the local pub, and village shop, we are well located to the explore the many attractions in the region including dramatic coastline, sleepy seaside villages, Framingham castle, thetford forest, and Lavenham. A lovely relaxing environment with something for all

Fishing, walking, kayaking, country pubs, Netflix, extra sleep, hot showers, Theo home has all you could wish for. We have a very relaxing 3 days and can’t wait to return.

Immaculate property with stunning views!

This property is situated in the lovely quiet village of Hoxne with easy access to the wide variety of activities available in Suffolk and Norfolk. The views over the valley are truly breathtaking. The property has been beautifully furnished and was extremely comfortable.

About the neighbourhood

We are located within the picturesque country village of Hoxne, with its 15th century coaching inn, and village shop within easy walking distance. We have a variety of excellent restaurants, cafe's and attractions within the local area, and being located close to the Norfolk / Suffolk border we are ideally located to explore the many diverse attractions on offer throughout the region.

Getting around

We are located approximately 15 mins from Diss train station which has a regular 30 minute service to London Liverpool street. A car is recommended to explore the many attractions on offer in the area, however for short breaks we can support with arranging transfer to / from the train station on request (additional cost).
