Condo/Apartment
In central historical Venice, a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, the very centre of the town. The apartment is on the first floor of a XVI century palace with private water entrance. It's very comfortable in size (around 1615 sqfts). It has three bedrooms (a master bedroom and two large single rooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a new big sofa and two armchairs. It has two bathrooms (the master one with the bath and shower, the second one with the shower). It is furnished with antique Venetian style furniture. The apartment looks out on one side on to a small courtyard with a Romanesque well-head and the extraordinary view of St. Mark’s bell tower and on the other on to three typical inner canals and a stone bridge right in front of the living room window....In central historical Venice, a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, the very centre of the town. Interaction with guests
At the moment of checking in we deliver the keys and show our property surroundings. We give indications on transport, meeting, key delivery, markets and supermarkets around the house. Upon request we can also book taxis and restaurants for special occasions. My wife Monica is a licensed guide of the town and she organises walking tours on the not so beated areas of Venice cause the town, believe me, is very busy with tourism.
