In central historical Venice, a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, the very centre of the town. The apartment is on the first floor of a XVI century palace with private water entrance. It's very comfortable in size (around 1615 sqfts). It has three bedrooms (a master bedroom and two large single rooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a new big sofa and two armchairs. It has two bathrooms (the master one with the bath and shower, the second one with the shower). It is furnished with antique Venetian style furniture. At the moment of checking in we deliver the keys and show our property surroundings. We give indications on transport, meeting, key delivery, markets and supermarkets around the house. Upon request we can also book taxis and restaurants for special occasions. My wife Monica is a licensed guide of the town and she organises walking tours on the not so beated areas of Venice cause the town, believe me, is very busy with tourism.

Excellent accommodations in a busy area.

How to get there
Venice Marco Polo Airport The fastest and most comfortable way is by private water taxi that will take you directly home in 25 ms at the cost of around 100 euro, or by the Alilaguna shuttle service that stops at Rialto and takes 45 ms (13 euro the single fare). From there a short walk will take you to Ca' Vecchio Pozzo. Treviso Airport At arrival, you will find the shuttle service operated by the airline that will take you directly to Piazzale Roma.
