Situated in a leafy, tree lined Cul de Sac, the modern furnished apartments are in walking distance to Claremont / Cape Town business district, Cavendish Square, the Newlands Cricket and Rugby Grounds and the Cape Town Olympic Swimming Pool with easy access to the Central Business district by either Metro rail or City Bus. Also in close vicinity are major Cape Town Schools, the Cape Town University and specialist medical facilities.

The apartment was perfect - clean, beautifully appointed, had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well equipped and Cavendish square shopping mall so close provides many options for both cooking and dining out. The location to the medical suites and hospital made a difficult trip much easier for my parents, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. Thank you...

We are a family of 3 with a 7 year old child from Australia. The apartment we stayed in was a modern 2 bedroom apartment, main bathroom with shower, bath & toilet, 2nd bathroom with shower & toilet. If shopping is your thing, Cavendish Square Mall is an easy 5 minutes on foot
Kingsbury Private Hospital and the Cape Fertility Clinic
across the road. In walking distance to Newlands Rugby/Cricket grounds and 5 minutes drive to Cape Town University.5 minutes by car to access the rear of Table Mountain with Kirstenbosch Gardens and Cecilia Forest's great walking and biking trails
The Quadrant prides itself on two really good restaurants, namely 'Cafe Nood' for breakfast (with freshly home-baked pastries, gateaux, croissants and rolls) and light lunches. Our elegant Italian Restaurant, 'a Tavola' serves traditional dishes and a wide variety of seafood and meat dishes. Excellent service!
Getting around
Like everywhere in South Africa, a car is recommended.
Obviously cabs my be organized.
We are also less than 5 mins on foot from the Metro Rail Station 'Harfield Village' and slightly more to the Claremont Station

Railway: Harfield Village (suburban): 0.5 km
Ferry: Cape Town: 10.0 km
The Quadrant is in the immediate vicinity to Kingsbury Private Hospital and Claremont Library. You find the entrance to the Quadrant 30m past the hospitals drive way on the left side of the road. (Note the glass enclosed outside lift shaft). Please park your car in the loading bay just past the entrance and proceed to the foyer. (There is a 24 hour security).
You will be handed your keys and directions to your parking bay.
Please vacate the loading bay immediately and proceed into the garage (electronic key dongle for gate with your apartment key). You may off-load your car here and get easy access to the lift.
