If you want to get away from it all for a quiet holiday, this spacious caravan is ideal for couples or up to 3 people. It is situated in a grassy paddock with views across the orchard. I have just two holiday lets on our family home and smallholding. Shottenden is a rural hamlet near the medieval village of Chilham nestled in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The historic city of Canterbury is only 7 miles and there are a wide choice of pubs and restaurants. If you enjoy wildlife, walking and cycling Orchard Cottage Holidays will be perfect for you. It is fully equipped for your stay, excluding personal bath towels, there are playing cards and a selection of books and DVDs. You have your own deck, patio furniture and BBQ. Please note the single bed is narrower at 2ft. There is one allocated parking space at the front of the orchard, access is via a short gravel path. I do not cater for children 5 years and under. Additional beds are not available. I am a quiet site which allows guests and wildlife to enjoy the orchard in peace. Guests are welcome to join me at feeding time with the animals. Neat as a pin

Kate's property is in a lovely location and her farm is like a picture book. We woke each morning to birdsong. The accomodation is clean, well laid out and very cosy. We especially appreciated the home made cake on arrival.

Peace and quiet away from it all

Just what we needed

Somewhere quiet, tucked away along country roads to relax for a couple of days. Kate was absolutely brilliant; the caravan spotlessly clean and well equipped; even the weather was kind.

relaxing holiday
