It was bad not a good place to stay at the house have bugs in there not clean no hot water house not clean bed bugs ac not working no cable or internet back yard smells bad

The guests up on arrival did not even unload their luggage because it seems that they had secured another accommodation.
The ACs were serviced prior to the guests arrival are working fine. Hot water system requires the system to warm up. Guests decided they would stay the night elsewhere as they had it seems secured another accommodation.
Engineer rechecked the AC and water heater and didn't find any problem. The guests stayed the night and decided that they wanted a full refund. They were refunded.
The villa was cleaned before their arrival. WiFi and cable service was there, and there is proof of this.
Smell the guests referred to was smell carried on the wind due to work that was being carried out on the sewage treatment system.
It was clear that the guests had made other plans, and that getting a refund was their ultimate goal. They were also offered another villa, but declined our offer.
