My place is close to the airport, golf resorts, polo clubs, beaches, the city center, great views, and parks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This is a secure facility that is centrally located in Jamaica with within 1km from both north-south and east-west high way 2hrs drive to Montego bay and 12km or 20 min to Kingston. This facility has recreational spaces, such as jogging trail, swing pool, basket ball and tennis court.

CLEAN, MODERN AND SECURE !!
The Caymanas Villa is fabulous !! Great host with excellent communication skills. Everything was on point. Space was EXTREMELY clean and modern with a contemporary look. I felt safe and at home the entire time that I was there. The self check in was awesome. It is exactly as posted online. Oh did I mention that the bed linen was spotless

Lovely Guest Home
This is a lovely place to stay for those who are looking for a clean, well maintained and safe place to stay in the St. Catherine area. Karden and his wife provide such excellent service and is easily accessible.

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings.... “Home away from home”
I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
Karden and Sally are great hosts and ensured all our expectations were met.
5* modern accommodation and you couldn’t want for more.

Casa Esencia was Amazing!
My 4 nights and 5 days at this property was great! Let me start by saying that Karden H was amazing and very accomodating. My friend and I rented for the weekend and were very satisfied with our stay. The place was clean and really beautiful. We really didn't need alot. The amenities were on point and we received a complimentary bottle of wine that we had on our last night with our guests! We had guests stay over and they were impressed as well. We are already planning to stay at this property again in the future.

Amazing
To start, the location is great. Being in a gated community it made my family feel extremely safe. The house was clean, both rooms are big and well decorated with A/C. The kitchen made me feel at home large and spacious with all the basic necessities. The Wi-Fi was on point, never missed an email or my connection on social media. Needless to say, Mr Henry was great to work with. I will recommend this house to all my friends and family.

modern, comfortable rental for families
Home away from home. This rental is in Caymanas Estates which is a gated community. Very safe location close to portmore, kingston and the north south highway which takes you to ocho rios. The house was clean and immaculately decorated and it felt just like home. We had complementary snacks and water upon arrival. There were towels and bath supplies in the bathroom etc. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout the house. My children were pleased with the strong wifi which we liked as well. The owner Karden was very accommodating and accessible to us. There is a pool on premises which we didn't get to visit because we had other plans. Lovely rental that I would recommended to all families.

The best
I've rented from other owners in Jamaica but Mr. Henry is best! I give his hospitality a 10. He's attentive & accomdating. Visited in January17 & booked again with him this pass April. The property itself has modern decor. Landscape of the house is very well kept with night garden lights. 2 car drive way. Neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to Kingston, Portmore & only 40mins to Ocho Rios. 24hr security and electric gate key so safety isn't an issue which for me is the top priority. If I'm going to Jamaica, Casa Esencia feels like the right fit.

A dream come " true"!
Casa Escencia was the perfect home. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Everything for our comfort. Location was perfect for me as my daughter had requested a pool party in Jamaica! Casa Esencia allowed me that and so much more at an affordable cost. Our experience was a dream come through. Thanks Karden! Looking forward to our return!

Lovely getaway home!
Lovely family vacation home. Money well spent! Very clean, very comfortable, very relaxing with the warmmth of your own home. What you see is exactly what you get. Definitely a do again!
