Apartamento comodísimo, estratégicamente situado para recorrer el oriente de Asturias y en un pueblo precioso
Hemos estado la familia de dos adultos y dos niños de 9 y 5 años muy a gusto. Nos ha encantado la casa, el pueblo donde está, Nueva, a un paso de rincones y playas preciosas y la dueña súper amable, incluso nos envió por correo algo que olvidamos y arregló inmediatamente un problema que teníamos con la tv. Repetiremos sin duda. Saludos

Como en casa
Han sido unos días fantásticos,nos hemos sentido muy cómodos ,una ubicación perfecta,cerca de todo,pero con privacidad, la persona que nos recibió encantadora, igual que la que nos despidió ,sin duda volveremos.

Una casita estupenda
Hemos estado muy agusto. La casa esta a todo detalle, (no hemos echado en falta nada) que es de agradecer. La zona cocina y salon muy comoda y amplia. Y la terraza estupenda para los niños y adultos. Ubicada en uno zona muy tranquila y rodeada de naturaleza, a la vez que los servicios necesarios. Los dueños encantadores y muy atentos. Sin duda queda como la casa de referencia para nuestras escapadas a la zona de Llanes.

Nice apartment, one problem
+ Well-cut apartment good for 4 persons + basic, but complete equipment + nicely located near center of village with all its bars and shops - Unfortunately a serious problem with humidity in bathroom und a little in the living room. Landlord has promised to solve problem.

Hello Robert, Your feedback is very welcome, happy that your staying was confortable. Relating the humidity we are trying to detect and solve the problem, have to say that up to now we never had such a complain from other gests, or that's something we have detected with our periodically visual inspections, not even in winter when it's supposed to be more humid. Nevertheless your comment is welcome and we'll keep trying hard that our guests have a good expirience and pleasant holidays in our accomodation. Best Regards Dani

Nos encantó la estancia. Los dueños estupendos y el apartamento muy cuidado y con todo tipo de detalles. Se encuentra ubicado en un pueblo con mucho encanto y bien ubicado para visitar Asturias. ¡¡¡Deseando volver!!!

Unas vacaciones muy bonitas
Todo perfecto. Llegamos sin pérdida al lugar y Carmen nos atendió muy amablemente. La casa es preciosa. Hemos visitado Asturias y Cantabria, playas, cuevas, pueblos, iglesias...lo hemos pasado genial. Estancia perfecta con todo lo necesario. Muchas gracias!!!

Perfecto!
Daniel y su madre Carmen han sido encantadores. La casa es increible, es muy acogedora,bonita, en una zona tranquila y muy agradable y Nueva de Llanes conecta muy bien con muchas zonas de Asturias. Si vuelvo a Asturias, sin duda será a esta casa!!!
