Our Luxury Penthouse Apartment has spectacular sea and mountain views, we have a communal pool with children's section and a jacuzzi set in landscaped gardens, WiFi is available around the communal pool, and from our roof while overlooking the pool. Our private staircase from the balcony downstairs takes you up to your own 65sq.m private rooftop solarium, with sea views to approximately 180 degrees! We have provided a rattan table and chairs on the downstairs balcony and sun loungers and another set of table of chairs are upstairs on the rooftop along with a brick built barbeque and outside shower to cool off! We have recently had a rooftop toldo (sunshade) fitted up on the roof to enable you to sit up there and eat, even in full sun in August, and enjoy the sea views without burning under the sun. Additional Rate and Availability Information
Check in is 16:00, this is to facilitate cleaning and preparation of the apartment.
Check out is 09:00 noon on the day of departure. I am more than happy to be flexible on check in and check out times, so long as our apartment can be turned around for the next guest. These special arrangements will be agreed in writing.

£100 per week deposit is required to secure your booking, however I am happy to pencil in your dates to allow you to look for flights. The remainder needs to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Therefore if travelling within 6 weeks of reservation, payment must be made in full. We accept British Pounds or Euros, cheques or bank transfers.

A 50 euro cleaning fee is payable upon arrival in cash.

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is payable with each booking, this is refunded within 14 days of the end of your holiday when the apartment has been checked over.

About the neighbourhood
Isla Plana is a typical Spanish village which has it's own small harbour and beaches, a very pretty church, a selection of everday shops including a supermarket, bank, English speaking pharmacy, hairdressers, bakery, butchers, fishmongers, tobacconist, restaurants and bars.

Isla Plana beach is reached within a 10 minute walk, this is very clean and shallow for quite a way out for children. There are a number of Blue Flag beaches in the Mazarron Bay areas and you can walk from Isla Plana to the beautiful old fishing village of La Azohia, most of this walk is along the beach promenade. The main sports on offer there are scuba diving, fishing and walking. There are many beach bars and restaurants to enjoy during your walk.

The busy marina of Puerto de Mazarron is only 10 minutes...

Getting around
You can catch the bus from the bottom of the hill to places such as Cartagena or Puerto de Mazarron. The public buses look like the posh coaches we have in England not like our public buses!!!!!

Airport: Murcia: 54.0 km
Ferry: Bilbao: 858.0 km
Most of the budget airlines fly into either Murcia or Alicante, try Jet2, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch etc.

Murcia is 40 minutes drive away, Alicante is 90 minutes.

I can offer help with car hire, as we use a fantastic company. All the paperwork is done prior to leaving the UK, so there is no need to queue at the rental desks upon arrival. One of the representatives meets you at the airport, and hands you your keys, you just jump in your car and drive away!
