Auberge de la Cure is a short or long stay guest house in the Haute-Ubaye, located in the hamlet of Maljasset. The guest house was founded in 1986 by Michel and Marie-Rose Longeron, and then taken over in 2007 by their son Hubert and his Australian wife Klyt, who continue the tradition of a warm welcome in the mountains in both winter and summer. Before returning to settle in the Ubaye valley, Hubert had a career as a chef in luxury hotels and restaurants from Monaco to Australia via Switzerland, Scotland and Spain. At Auberge de La Cure we are serious about the cooking!
