The location was perfect for our one night stay at Montreal. Checking in/out was simple, the place are clean and spaceful. We stayed on the 6th floor, with large walk out terrace. At this time of the year, no AC required, rooftop AC is not on so it's peace and quiet. Not sure if the noise will be a problem in a hot summer day !

The unit was as advertised. East walking access to Old Montreal visitor sites. Nearby restaurants and food store. Modern amenities with very nice bathrooms. Terrace enjoyment was tempered by substantial street noise.

Property is listed on VRBO but managed by Sonder. Reservation process, check-in and communication with the property manager was easy and efficient. We had one issue and it was handled immediately.
Great location, steps from train/metro station, walkable to Old Montreal, grocery store, wine store, etc. We stayed in was Unit 607. Accessible by elevator--but had to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the unit. Something to consider if you are looking for an accessible unit.
Very large and clean; modern amenities, but the bedrooms were markedly different in size, as were the bathrooms. Both bedrooms are VERY dimly lit, with no overhead lighting and only bedside lamps. There are large windows in each bedroom, but they face the bedroom windows of other units in the building. Therefore, there is absolutely no privacy if you leave the blinds up. Bathrooms also very dimly lit.
Despite space and size for four people, it was not always accommodating for that number. There was a dining table to use for meals, but only two chairs to use at the table. In the gathering space, there was a couch and one chair, but it was awkward with three people squeezed on one couch. Lots of unused space--so there could have been an additional chair to make the gathering space more comfortable. The outdoor patio is huge, but seating again limited, as some of it is not really indoor/outdoor, so it was wet for much of our stay due to some rainy weather.
Overall, good space.

Very clean, great location, apartment is exactly like the photos. Could have a few more chairs at the dining table and a few more minor kitchen amenities, but it had everything we needed for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Easy booking, great location. Very clean, well appointed. Large terrace was a bonus.
