This charming 100-year-old building was fully renovated in early 2018. We made the most of every inch of this 2000 square foot space by putting in 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. A courtyard is also planned for summer 2018 (date TBA). This building is located at the edge of Le Plateau & Downtown so this is the best location for a family vacation or a business trip. Everything is walkable, but if needed, the metro is 5-min away.

The photos of the finished renovations are not yet available. We hope to be able to provide them by early June 2018.

About the neighbourhood
Le Plateau Mont-Royal is the most popular place to stay in Montreal (as well as Downtown and Old Town burrows which are adjacent). This is the place where you will find the most shops and cafés. There are tons of interesting 'mom and pop' stores as well as your classics like Subway and Starbucks. Liquor stores and grocery stores are also right around the corner.
Getting around
From the apartment, you will be able to reach Le Metro Mont-Royal within less than 5 min walk. This is one of the major subway hub in the city. Taking the subway (or as the locals call it 'metro') is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets! Right in front of it is a small market, always a nice thing to check out.
Taxis and Uber are easily found in Montreal. In the apartment, you will find all the info you need to order a taxi. There is a phone you can use to do so.
Parking is tricky everywhere in the city. The signs are very confusing, even for the locals and people who have lived here for years. These signs are also in French so the best thing to do is to park in one of the long-term areas

Airport: YUL: 20.0 km
Railway: Gare Centrale de Montreal: 1.6 km
From the airport, either take a taxi or take the 747 bus. The taxi will drop you off at the door for about $50. If you take the 747 bus, you will pay pennies on the dollar, but you will need to take a short taxi ride once you arrive at the drop off point (Berri-UQAM). This drop off point is only about 1.6 km or 1 mile away from the apartment.
