About the neighbourhood
Lower Street is a small side road which leads to Torbay Beach. It is a very quaint and quiet area with some very old houses nearby. The trail head to
Father Troy trail (East Coast trail) is located there as well. Hiking this trail is a must do for all outdoor enthusiasts!

The Trans Canada Highway in St. Johns intersects with route 20, Torbay Road and heads north to Torbay. Lower Street is at the very lowest elevation in town at the bridge. Turn right toward the ocean. In my pdf information booklet that I provide to my guests upfront, it details this and much more information.
