The Guest Unit has a full kitchen and sitting area and two very large bedrooms. $85 or $520/wk $15/nt per person for more than four guests. There are indoor and outdoor showers and private beach access. The upstairs house has 2BR's and Master Suite, LR, DR, Laundry, Kitchen, SAT TV in MBR and LR the price is $1800/wk. You can rent the upstairs and 2BR guest unit downstairs for $2450. Check with me as the calendar blocks out the entire house when the guest unit is booked so it may be available. WIFI in all rooms. Free use of snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and fishing gear. Ask about discounts on fishing trips and kiteboard lessons. Rent a Lexus SUV for $45 day or $275 week, I have two 4X4 ATV's I rent 50% than the local quad rental shops.. Awesome

This is our 2nd visit.We had a great time ! . Jeff let us use the quad. If you haven't tried the quad, go for it ! .The quad experience was worth the ride all day .

Great bargain

I don't think you'll find a nicer place just steps to a beautiful beach for less money. Everything was clean and functioned. Nicely decorated as well. Jeff was very responsive.

Great place, awesome location😀

Jeff was a great hands on host, super chill place to vacation. Had some local visitors one morning! Feed them some apples. Steps to the beach and you're welcome at the spa buena vista to use the pool and bar🍷

About the neighbourhood
In the Spa Buena Vista beach area five houses to the South of the Buena Vista Hotel. You rental includes use of all amenities at the Hotel. 5 minutes from town with numerous restaurants and shops. The beach here is much nicer than in Los Barriles. The hotel rents Paddle Boards, kayaks, and fishing charters.
Getting around
Best to have a car as the town is a 6-minute drive. I rent a Lexus SUV for $285/wk that includes insurance.
