House Rental
Casa Diggs has an uninterrupted 180 degree view of the Sea of Cortez. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. There are no neighbors either side. The area is very safe. San Jose del Cabo is 10 minutes away, it is a delightful Mexican town with an art district and many fine restaurants. Whales go by in the winter months, good surfing is close as are golf courses. You'll love it.

most amazing house (architecture) but it could do with a bit of TLC
lots of things wrong with it. kitchen very poor, the amenities are old and used. the windows and fly screen need replacing. tab was wobbly in kitchen etc. etc.
needs not that much but a bit of TLC. it's a bit price for what it is but the architecture is amazing. quite far out, you need a car to go to beaches and to shops and restaurants.
there is a great beach bar just down the road.
the place is in a gated community full of expats so very save.
we were recommended to have a chef coming to our hose to do some cooking. don't do it, it's expensive and not very good. the food was so salty we could not eat some of it. they also cooked for about 8 people and there was 3 of us. we ended up feeding the poor guys sitting at the gate (they appreciated it though).
all in all i would go back just because i loved the arcitecture of the house

Casa Diggs, relax and enjoy!
Casa Diggs is a lovely house and Peter is an accommodating owner. His hostess-on-the-spot Judith is exuberant, cheerful, and unswervingly helpful. Even the guard on the gate to the community was friendly, amenable, and unwaveringly cheerful.
Night time dips in the comfortable water of the pool are a regular treat but don't count on swimming at the beach - just appreciate the glorious view with an amazing sunrise, and save the beach for romantic strolls.
We had so much fun at Casa Diggs and on our drives to local beaches, Cabo San Jose restaurants, and the Cabo Pulmo National Park. At Casa Diggs you are close enough to town, but far enough to be out of range of any form of local sales pressure. Just tell them "I have a house," and you'll be left alone. That is exactly how Judith told us to feel, "It's your house."
Buzzard's Bar & Grill that is a short walk away is a culinary gem! Try the sea bass special, yum!

Amazing property
Great place for a romantic getaway or quiet relaxation, far enough from town to be tranquil but only a short trip to San Jose. Miles of empty beaches and a walkable beach bar . An amazing house with a great pool and superb view. Watch for cattle on the road at night.
