This property is one-of-two situated in the grounds of the owners’ home in the village of Dersingham. The village shop and pub are both within walking distance of the cottage,and guests may like to enjoy evening walks to the pub which is known for its excellent selection of real ale. Just 1.5 miles outside the village the stunning royal estate at Sandringham is open to visitors on most days from March through to October and is an excellent location to enjoy a relaxing day trip,wandering the grounds,visiting the house,and stopping for lunch at the tea room. The front door of this property opens onto a hallway,from which a door opens into the bedroom with its double bed,wardrobe,and chest of drawers. The shower room can also be found on this floor,offering a shower and WC. Stairs lead from the hallway up to the main living accommodation on the first floor. This open-plan space comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of space for two and has been finished in a contemporary style. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and armchair,as well as a work area with a desk which may be handy if guests need to keep in touch with work emails. There is also a TV/DVD in the lounge at this end of the room. At the opposite end of the space,the kitchen area has a dining table seating two and is equipped with an oven,hob,fridge with ice compartment,and a microwave. To the front of the cottage,there is a shingled seating area which is furnished with a table and chairs and offers guests a pleasant spot to enjoy alfresco drinks or dining. In addition to this,guests staying at the property can enjoy access to the shared owner’s,enclosed garden which is mainly set to lawn and has another seating area.
