Great 16 days
Tulum has grown since our last visit. Casa Isabelle in Zama Gardens is a perfect location to all the excitement in town, at the beach as well as in Alda Zama. Safe and comfortable condo. Look forward to returning in the near future. Love the pool as well

Perfect Spot!
Casa Isabella was great. I rented this place as a recommendation from a friend and was super happy with Rick's awesome attention to detail in the reservation process. He provided lots of ideas for items we needed like bike rentals for my 7 year old. The place is well located being close to beach, restaurants, town and grocery stores. There were adult bikes for us to use which were great. The pool is perfect for cooling down in and the condo unit itself is comfortable and well equipped for cooking. For us as a small family its layout was perfect with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It also felt secure. The biking around the area was overall pretty calm and safe for us as a family too. The a/c in the place works super well. The only thing that we found hard was to find the place on the first night as we arrived in the dark and there are so many small roads in the Zama zone. But Rick was very helpful over the phone in providing directions.

Just love Casa Isabella and Tulum
My wife and I just returned home from our third stay @ Casa Isabella. We truly enjoy staying there and will be planning our next stay soon. We find the Condo very comfortable. It's the right size for the 2 of us with room for quests as well. The kitchen has everything we need for cooking a full meal or just a quick lunch. There are a few restaurants with in walking distance and a short distance to the center of Tulum. We also enjoy being near Tulum. It' big enough to offer many nice restaurants, Grocery Stores and a lot of shopping (for my wife Joan ). We feel very safe and comfortable. Often Joan will go into town by herself and fulfill her shopping needs and I can just hang out @ Casa Isabella. And can't forget the many wonderful beaches Tulum has. Tulum also has it's own Mayan ruins and the Coba ruins are only 45 minutes away and Chichen Itza is 2 1/2 hours away. We have seen then all and found them interesting. And can't forget the WONDERFUL warm weather. Looking forward to going back

Great place!
Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern in dem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt zwischen dem Strand und dem Ort, so dass beides gut zu erreichen ist. Das Appartement selbst ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Deshalb volle Punktzahl von uns!

Perfect Location
Casa Isabella is a great condo. It is close to the beach and town. Very comfortable and great amenities. We loved our stay and would love to go back.

Best vacation EVER - Perfect location in Tulum!
Let me start by saying that Rick's condo is in the perfect location in Tulum - halfway between town and beach and a short distance to large supermarket. Rosie greeted us, and the condo was in perfect shape when we arrived! The beds where comfortable and the outdoor terrace balcony was the best place to plan the day with a cup of coffee. The condo is located in a growing community with a couple of close-by restaurants and a small store; very convenient for those times you don't want to drive. We really appreciated the snorkel gear for the visit to the cenote's. If we go to this part of Mexico again I would book Rick's condo in a heart beat !!!

Relaxing getaway!
We enjoyed the private atmosphere of this condo. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We were pleasantly surprised to find it stocked with items we could use during our trip (snorkel gear, life jackets, towels for the beach/pool, ice chest, etc.) Rosy, the manager, gave us many suggestions for places to eat and snorkel, as well as finding access to the beach. This was our first visit to Tulum, and we enjoyed the small town atmosphere. Police and security guards were stationed throughout the town so we felt safe.

Quiet, well maintained condo off the beaten path, great stay
We went to Rick's condo for a week long girls' trip. It was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked, A/C cooled the place off in a few minutes, pool was very clean. It is in a great central location close to the Tulum beaches, Tulum town, cenotes, and ruins. I highly recommend heading South and checking out the ruins in Muyil. There are no tourists there and the ruins are just as awesome as the bigger ones in Tulum.

Absolutley fantastic!!
Our family, including one set of grandparents, spent a week at Casa Isabelle. We always try to stay in a vacation home or hotel suite to help us have a home away from home during our vacations. Casa Isabelle was a perfect home away from home.
The amenities - the condo was very pleasant, clean, and fit all our needs; the adults had the bedroom and the air mattress that Rick provided was perfect for my son. The kitchen was great; we like to have home cooked meals even during our vacation and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was an added advantage, especially for our 8-yr old who was not tired even after all our activities. We felt very safe in the condo and the neighbors were friendly. Most importantly, the nights were quiet and very peaceful.
The location - was perfect!! The beach, ruins, a few cenotes, and the town were about 10 mins drive. The grocery stores were a short walks away. We made easy trips to Chichen Itza and Coba - much easier trips than from Cancun, I would think.
The management - was great. Rick's instructions were accurate and complete. He also spoke to me on the phone to see how he could make our experience better. Rosie was not in town, but Philippe (her husband) met all our needs. Of course, with all the instructions we needed to seek his help only once for directions:-) He provided us good recommendations for places to eat.
My in-laws are talking about another trip to Tulum and so are we - and the place we stayed and the people who helped us contributed most to this. The condo is the best advertising for Tulum tourism.

Comfortable, modern, brilliant location
We had a wonderful week spent in Ricks beautiful, modern , comfortable apartment. Welcomed by the lovely Rosy, who was so friendly and helpful ( lots of tips for restaurants and local sights) and rented us extra bikes to get around. We came without a car, so we also used the services of Juan and his son ( a local taxi driver) when we couldn't use the bikes, who were so helpful and very friendly. we used Whatsapp to contact him and he always got straight back to us. The pool was brilliant to cool off in at the end of the day. All in all , a brilliant experience. Thanks Rick and Rosy.
