One of the incredible features of this condo is the location, it is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. three blocks from the already famous 5th Avenue where you can find shopping centers, exclusive boutiques as well as several international restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, ice cream shops among many others and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. You can find supermarkets, supermarkets and the ADO alternate terminal on the other side of the street. The best location for your vacation !!!

How to get there
From the International Airport of the city of Cancun: You have different options, either take the bus to Playa del Carmen, take a taxi or rent a car. * Do not hesitate to ask about our transfer services to and from the airport. * Take the road Cancun - Playa del Carmen. Once in the city, you will go up to the bridge and take the second exit. Keep your left. Once you take the indicated exit, there will be a traffic light a few meters away, this is Av. Constituyentes. It will turn left on said avenue. It will pass two traffic lights being the second the 30th Ave. Go straight and stay on your right side. in the third block, turn right on Av. 15Norte, continue and five blocks ahead turn right on 10norte street, continue to the next corner and turn right on Av. 20norte. Advance two more blocks and turn right on 12th Street North, condominium Oasis 12 will be on your left side at the corner. In case of taking the ADO bus to Playa del Carmen, it will be dropped off at the 5th Ave bus terminal. There is a taxi site outside. Just give the address to the driver and he will take you to your destination. Address: 12 North Street, corner with Av. 20, condominium Oasis 12, Colonia Centro.
