This is a nice 1 bedroom apartment, with excellent location just 100 meters from the beach and 50m from the famous 5th Av. Where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, pharmacies, shopping centers, etc. It has air conditioning in room and a delicious queen size bed. The apartment has 1 bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and utensils), stay with SMART TV, terrace rooftop with hammocks, chairs and tables, sunroom and free WIFI. ...

In my house is your house we intend that you really feel at home, so we ask that you take care of yourself as you take care of itself. Please turn off all lights and fan when leaving the apartment. MY HOUSE IS YOUR HOUSE Playa del Carmen is located only 100 meters from the beach and just 50m from the famous 5th Av., Is a quiet and safe area with mini supermarkets, laundries, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping centers and clubs beach at a very close distance.
Getting around
Playa del Carmen to know what you can do walking and it's not a very big city. The beach and 5th Avenue. Are just 3min walking. If you want to know around the Riviera Maya can move in "collective" or ADO bus. These two transports take them virtually anywhere in the area. If you are 4 or more suggest you rent a car because it is more comfortable and they will be cheaper. We suggest you take a taxi to always do so in the less touristy streets, transported by taxi within the city should not cost them more than $ 60 pesos.

In my house is your house Playa del Carmen offer private transportation from Cancun airport or from wherever you our departments and from our apartments to your next destination or airport of Cancun. This trip took them about 45min. If you want this just let us service know and we will take care of organizing everything;) Another way to get from the Cancun airport to our apartments, is taking the bus ADO to Playa del Carmen, it costs approximately is $ 120.00 Mexican pesos per person and on arrival can take a taxi to our departments, the approximate cost is $ 50.00 Mexican pesos, or instead of taking a taxi can walk about 25min to the department in order to get to know since arriving a little town. It arriving in this way will take about 1hr30min, from the airport to our apartments.
