Located on the heart of Playa del Carmen a 3 min walking distance to the famous 5th Avenue. If you’ve ever been to Playa Del Carmen, you know that the entire city’s nightlife, shopping, and dining is focused around Fifth Avenue. (The locals call it Quinta Avenida.)
Fifth Avenue is not only the primary attraction in Playa Del Carmen – it is quite simply a crossroads.
Getting around
The white sandy beach and crystal clear water, is just only a 5 minute walk away!
Ferry to cozumel is 20 min on foot.
In case you need something at the last minute, you are also 1 minute walking from the Mega Comercial Mexicana, a very large supermarket, the DAC gourmet supermarket is one block away.
