Big family? Lots of friends? Casa Jen is the vacation home that fits your needs. Up to eight lucky travelers can stay in this beautiful five-bedroom home, located on a quiet street where bougainvillea spill over gates and walls and oceanfront is a stone's throw away.
The outdoor living space is tranquil and inviting—there’s a huge tiled deck with lounge chairs and a dining table, barbecue grill and a freshwater pool that simply glistens. The well-tended garden of palm trees and flowers are abundant, and you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of a postcard.
Inside, there are five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, each featuring comfortable furnishings and clean and colorful décor. Twin-, queen-, and king-sized beds occupy ...

Huge, comfortable, relaxing
The villa was even bigger than I thought it was from pictures.
Everyone had their own room, and was quite comfortable. The kitchen was large and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing with a large patio, plenty of seating and the BBQ was a great addition.
My only complaints were that the cable was out on the TV (not a big deal, as we weren't there to watch TV anyway), we ran out of drinkable water on our first night there and had to buy our own, and the maid was a bit snoopy when organizing our belongings (she never stole anything, but she touched and rearranged all of our personal items, and seemed to hide some of our items in strange places. Maybe hoping we wouldn't find them?)
The location is in a quiet residential area, about a 30-45 minute walk from downtown; a bit farther than I would have liked, but it's a few blocks away from a large grocery store.
Overall this is a great rental property. It is considerably cheaper than most other rental options of the same size on the island. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large private villa in Cozumel.

Huge, comfortable, relaxing

Comfortable and Convenient
We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Jen. The house was even larger than I thought and the outdoor/pool area was such a pleasant area to relax. I enjoyed being so close to town and able to walk to the store and restaurants. The unit is very well managed with someone next door to help with anything you need.

Casa Jen was an excellent choice for our vacation.
The house was very nice. The kitchen was equiped with anything you could need and a full frigerator was provided for guests. There was adequate fresh water provided. The pool was well maintained. There was daily maid service to make the beds, replace towels, do the dishes and mop.
My one problem was that the mo pwater must have been dirty decause if you walked on the floor barefooted you would have to give them a good scrubbibng prior to climbing into bed.
The house is located one block from the main ocean from road and close to two shopping centers where you can buy just about anything you could possibly need.

Perfection
First time in Cozumel and can't wait to go back. We were met at the Airport by the great staff of Casa Jen. House was perfect - immaculate, user friendly. Computer connection and Vonage were a hugh plus to stay in contact with family back home. Located close to two grocery stores - able to stock up and eat at the house mostly. Who would want to leave the beautiful pool area? Everything was perfect! Within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping as well. Rose, the housekeeper, is also a true gem!

Fabulous Rental
This house was fantastic. It was close enough to the center of town to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The peacocks living at the house across the street were fantastic. Rosie the maid was wonderful and she made the most awesome towel creations daily. All in all I would go back in a heartbeat - in fact I was trying to figure out how to stay and not have anyone notice.

Amazing, truly amazing!
I traveled with a group of friends and family. Ages were 25 to 46. The house is amazing, the location was perfect. A quiet neighborhood, and a short walk to everything. Everyone is the group loved the house! The housekeeper was a master at her job as well. Everyone we dealt with regarding the house was terrific. When we go back to Cozumel, this is our destination! The pool was perfect, as was the courtyard. Privacy was amazing, no one bothered us at all. I would reccommend this house to anyone, any group. It was nice being able to cook or go to dinner, call home at no charge or not call!! I can not say enough about how much we all enjoyed the house! If you are thinking about it, just do it. You can watch dolphins at the end of the street at Dolphinarius through the gate!!!!! Our group of 9 was impressed beyond our imaginations at this house. Thank you very much for sharing your a beautiful home with us! It was a vacation not to be matched again! We will return!!!!!

Home away from Home!
I ventured to this location with some friends for a week away from the grind. It was an amazing place, we ventureed close by to out of the way restaurants to experience the true local culture. We toured on land and on sea experiencing the excellent fishing as well.
The property was simply put, like being at home. It had everything we wanted and more.

Great vacation in Cozumel
Very nice, clean house. Large bedrooms for many family members. House was just a couple block from shopping and the beach. Great patio, pool and hot tub.

we have 5 children and the place was just great, we will be back. usa tv and phone helped, we also liked the wirless internet. the house is so big we should have brought are friends
