Nous avons adoré notre séjour.
Le condo est très bien situé (directement sur la plage, a 20 minutes de l’aéroport, proche des commerces). L'endroit est très calme, nous dormions la porte patio entre ouverte. Le complexe est un peu vieillissant, mais très fonctionnel et propre.
La piscine est très belle, et ensoleillée toute la journée.
Le petit restaurant du complexe est très bon. Il y aussi un petit marché/dépanneur à même le complexe.
Le condo est encore mieux équipé que la description de l’annonce. Il y a TOUT (jouets pour la plage, serviettes en grand nombre, séchoir a cheveux, savon (…). Le balcon est génial!!!
Le condo est très sécuritaire, avec un poste de garde ou les gens doivent s’enregistrer a chaque arrivés / départs.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié le service de la propriétaire, Marien, qui a été d’une grande aide. Elle répond précisément à tous les courriels, très rapidement. Carmen qui nous a accueillis était aussi très sympathique.

Conseils pour votre voyage
- Booker absolument votre transfert de l’aéroport au condo avant votre départ. Sur place, les taxis sont hors de prix (200$ pour 3 personnes, aller-retour)
- Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir réservé une voiture, les prix sont vraiment très intéressants, et c’est beaucoup plus simple pour visiter les Cenotes.
- Tout dans la zone hôtelière est très chers, y compris les aliments en épicerie.

Nous avons séjournez une semaine en avril 2024. L’emplacement du condo est exceptionnel étant donné qu’il donne directement sur la mer. Nous avons profité amplement du balcon au son des vagues et de l’envoûtement du bleu turquoise de la mer. Le condo est très bien équipé, nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous avions de besoin, ils fournissent même l’eau potable. Sallle de bain très fonctionnelle et lits confortables. Que dire des commodités avec la piscine infinie, les palapas pour la plage, des chaises de plage du proprio, un dépanneur sur place ainsi qu’un restaurant. Propreté 4*.
Nous prévoyons y retourner!

The best part about this property is the amazing view, the infinity pool and the beds are very comfortable. It was maybe a bit crowded and maybe too many kitchen appliances and pots and pans, etc... it was hard to sit 4 people comfortably in the room for eating, but doable.

Me and my wife went to Cancun to celebrate many events my birthday, Christmas, our 1 year anniversary, and New Years. We chose this spot because of its million dollar view, and believe me it is a million dollar view. The Cancun Plaza facility is very nice it has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The unit itself is very perfect well appointed and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is very well equipped for anything you may need during your stay. We cooked breakfast most mornings something very simple, so we could enjoy our coffee and breakfast on the deck to enjoy a cool breeze and breathtaking view. The day was spent either at the pool or the beach both of which are very peaceful and relaxing. The on-site restaurant and bar are very good the people at the bar and restaurant are outstanding and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. We took the public bus everywhere we went and it was very inexpensive and very convenient and easy to use. There are many very nice restaurants within an easy bus ride and we went to a different restaurant for dinner about every night. But there are two restaurants within walking distance from the Plaza: Navios and 19.5 KM Bar and Grill. Navios is very nice more formal and excellent choice for a romantic dinner. 19.5 is a very local place with outstanding food and drinks and very economical.
Overall our stay at 4203 Cancun Plaza was outstanding. I highly recommend this place, it is a spot to go and relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday and really re-charge and feel rested when it's over.
The owners of the unit are outstanding to work with and will help in everyway they can to make your visit perfect.

We had a great experience here, lovely environment...
We had a great experience here, lovely environment, great people, delicious restaurant , easy bus service. And, air conditioning was broken, nowhere to hang towels or clothes. Hot water rarely worked. People seemed happy to fix stuff, but it never really got done. It was cool and we did not really need air conditioning, but this could have been a bigger deal for others. Overall, a great place for the price.
