The location of this property is just 1 block north of the Baroque church of Santo Domingo and one block away from the main pedestrian walkway by the name of Alcala. This is right in the center of the historic area and is walk-able to all of the attractions the center has to offer; fantastic restaurants, cafes, museums, shops and Spanish schools. This is a private property that used to operate as a B&B but now the owner would just like to rent out the rooms. The two apartments are located toward the rear of the property and you gain access by walking through a very nice passage that goes through the garden. The two rooms are located inside the main home and are very comforting. These are rentals so breakfast is not included in the price. However, if you would like to partake of continental breakfast this can be arranged for an extra fee directly with the owner who resides onsite. This property is very quiet as well as safe and secure. This is non-smoking facility best suited for couples and or serious students. Minimum rental age is 21 and no pets of any kind are allowed. No children under the age of 15 allowed and only two habitants to each room. Minimum rental stay is for 1 week for either the apartment or the rooms. After a 1 week stay I pro-rate. A full cleaning is conducted weekly if you plan to stay over 7 days which includes a change of linens. All utilities are paid for both the rooms and apartments. The apartments are turn key rentals. If you rent the apartments you are responsible for your consumables once your starter kits run out. Including drinking water. Wifi is throughout the property and the two apartments are hooked up to cable. Those who rent the rooms inside the house can view the TV in the main living room. These rentals are located in a private home where the owner still resides so respectfulness is required for all. There is a Laundromat right across the street which make is very convenient. A deposit of 100 USD is required to secure your apartment or room reservation, which will be applied towards your final bill. When reserving we accept funds only through Paypal . Your final bill can be continued using Paypal or with Mexican Pesos. USD and checks of any kind are not accepted. Room balance is due within 48 hours of arrival. If you plan to stay for an extended period of time rent is due every two weeks. Passport and one other form of picture ID required when checking in. More
