We had a wonderful stay in this Villa. A central location, it is easy to walk to beach and most of PV but you also feel like you’re in a true neighborhood. Claus is an excellent host. We will stay again!

We enjoyed our time at Villa Europa. The location ...
We enjoyed our time at Villa Europa. The location is great, with a large market just blocks away, and a fantastic restaurant across the road. The views from both upper and lower decks were wonderful and we enjoyed relaxing and watching the neighborhood activity. Also, most days we saw whales splashing in the bay mid afternoon.
Claus is a wonderful host. He drove us to the house for our arrival and made sure we were comfortable. Any issues that arose during our stay were dealt with quickly. And, we appreciated the ride to the airport on our departure day.

We had a great time and fantastic Christmas at Villa Europa. Thank you, Claus, for meeting us and showing us around. We appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations throughout. Villa Europa location and view was amazing and for us the neighbourhood was perfect. The only negative was the hill, but that what made it unique and if you don't want to cook just across the street, there is an excellent restaurant called Tacoquila.Thanks, Claus, and looking forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Europa.Claus is a wonderful host and the area is very interesting. There's some great restaurants nearby. The hill is a challenge at 1st but easily managed. Thank you Claus!

We stayed at this property for 10 days in November...
We stayed at this property for 10 days in November 2023 and had a wonderful time. The property is large and beautiful and the location is fantastic. We walked to the beach, malecon and restaurants daily with ease. We felt safe and secure in the house and the neighbourhood.
I highly recommend this property. Owners were wonderful to us.

Beautiful home, the pictures don't make justice on how Beautiful the house is. Amazing views. Close to the downtow. Close to stores. The owners was very responsive. I will book it again for sure.

We loved the house!!!! Our very introverted son lo...
We loved the house!!!! Our very introverted son loved the ‘basement’ room, and we greatly enjoyed the layout and feel of the house!!!
It could easily house 3 couples needing some privacy.
Our only problem is that IF the power goes out … both the air conditioning and the water pump do not work. Our host said power outages were to be expected and in the dry season the lack of breeze combined with a power outage on 2 evenings made the house very uncomfortable.
The power company did replace the transistor the day we left, and the host did offer a partial refund. But the last evening was pretty uncomfortable.
Do seriously consider using taxis during your stay!!!! We rented a car as the villa has a garage, but aside from one day where we visited a few beaches, we could have used taxis and probably paid less for the week, and parking is not as available as in the US. (We live in a city with minimal public transport, and so I didn’t consider just using taxis when it would have worked fine for my family.)
La Traviata had amazingly good pizza, and the very small convenience store on the same block was a life saver when we needed some aloe for excessive sun!

It was 6 of us total. 4 adults 1 teen and 1 child....
It was 6 of us total. 4 adults 1 teen and 1 child. It was a great time. The house is amazing, with a great location. We loved all the amenities and the privacy. It was really clean and had everything you needed. The host are very friendly and super responsive. I would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The home is in a great location and is very spacious and well equipped. It also has an incredible view! Claus was very helpful and attentive. We hope to return!
