The property has everything what a guess can ask, the view is amazing and the location is safe and quiet. The condominium is well organized and fairly clean, full of light and life, the jacuzzi in the condo is perfect for those sunsets and relaxing nights under the stars and the pools in the property were put to a good use as the weather merits it. The host and his team were very friendly, accommodating and flexible with any request. In particular, Stephen that went above and beyond our expectations.

Linda Loma Villa is such a beautiful place to stay. From a single couple to a family with children this is a great location to stay in while visiting Puerto Vallarta! We had an awesome time with our children. The pool is a great amenity keeps the kids entertained while you want to have a nice relaxing day in. Everything is within walking distance the Malecón, beach, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend this place to family and friends! Thank You!

This is a wonderful unit. Comfortable beds and beautiful tile floors. Plenty of space. Quiet. The view is spectacular. Watching the sunset every evening was a trip highlight. Loved the jacuzzi right on the private balcony. The two shared swimming pools were nice as well. I really enjoyed my time in PV and I'm so glad I settled on this condo.

Owner Stephen and manager Silvia could not be more helpful. Stephen provided countless and timely suggestions to my numerous requests for info, being our first visit to PV.
Accommodations were as described: a spacious and well appointed condo with a beautiful deck overlooking the Romantic Zone and water. Great to just hang out, sit in the outdoor tub, and watch the sunsets. The beach and great restaurants are a short walk away and the water taxis at the beach dock will take you just about anywhere. The only item to consider is that if you're not in good shape to walk up the hill back from the beach, be prepared to use a taxi or Uber. Otherwise an overall wonderful stay. Thanks to Stephen and Silvia for all of your hospitality!

Everything was seamless and the property was perfect. We took a cab most of the time to get back to the property from the shore, because of the hill, but even the couple of times I braved it, the hill really wasn't that bad. Great view!! easy communication with the host and the property manager.

Great view on the lanai! Lots of stairs but easy to walk the pool, beach ans shops if you are in shape. Very comfortable beds! All the amenities you will need. Visit Yelapa, Botanic gardens and pirate boat show. Great time!

We had another great time at Stephen's condo. This was our third stay there and we will be booking again for the next visit. The condo is set up perfectly to relax - a great home base to explore PV. We enjoyed the terrace the most and had lots of meals there enjoying the ocean views. The BBQ and jacuzzi are a great plus and the sunset every night is amazing!!

We have stayed here before. Love the unit. The view and outdoor patio area is wonderful. The owner has supplied so many incidentals that are overlooked or you forgot, and that is very nice extra. Will be back again and again.

What a fantastic condo! The view from the deck, living room and main bedroom are absolutely amazing! We've been visiting Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years and this is the best view yet!! On top of a fantastic view, this condo is within an easy 10 minute walk to the romantic zone and the beach. Returning to the condo, you do have an uphill walk but we told ourselves we could eat a little extra because we were going to wear it off on the return trip!
The condo owner, Stephen, is one of the best communicators we've experienced and quickly replies to messages. He was very helpful before and during the trip, for whatever questions we had. All essentials were provided and the condo manual was very well organized and detailed with helpful information about the property plus things to do in Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. The WiFi was excellent - even better than at home! The property manager, Silvia, was always pleasant, helpful and has a wonderful sense of humor! Checking in with Silvia was easy and she took her time to explain details about the condo even though our flight arrived late. In addition, if we had questions or needed something throughout our stay, Silvia was always able to help! The condo was clean and well-organized when we arrived and Martha came in several times a week and kept it that way during our stay.
We highly recommend this condo and Stephen, Silvia and Martha!

We loved our stay at the condo. I have spent a lot of time in Puerto Vallarta and stayed in many different places but this condo is now our favorite. It ticked all the boxes and now we plan our trips around when the condo is available. Great space, incredible views, pools are fun and the jacuzzi on the private deck is a big plus. We will be back!!
