We’ve been coming to PV for over 25 years and have stayed at hotels, condos and villas like Villa Tita. The Sayan beach property has to be one of the very best in Puerto Vallarta, and this property and stay were spectacular. Watch the sunset from the infinity pool on the roof, or watch rays glide past from the private beach just steps away. We’ll definitely come back.

My stay here was beyond 10/10!!!
John, Mercedes and the staff are amazing. Very helpful and respectful.
The condo is gorgeous, my party of 6 and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The condo view is beautiful, overlooking the pool and beach area. I’m going to recommend this condo to friends and family visiting Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely book here again, can’t wait to be back!

John’s property is incredible everything until the last detail is perfect. The pictures on the app look good but in real life is way better.
Also the view is to die for and you can see the best sundown in PV.
Lastly the whole property is amazing, all the amenities are incredible and the staff are friendly and so helpful.
Will come back soon 😀

We have stayed at the beautiful Sayan Beach condos for the last 3 summers. There are many reasons we keep coming back. First the owner, John, and his property manager, Mercedes, are amazing to work with. They have arranged transport to/from airport for a reasonable fee and are very responsive in answering questions or solving problems if needed. Second the location is beautiful! There are two pools, one on the ground floor overlooking the ocean and a rooftop pool with the most beautiful views of Banderas Bay. The staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. They can arrange any adventures in the area for a reasonable price. There are two restaurants on site that serve delicious food and drinks, again for a very reasonable price. We often found ourselves spending several days just staying on the property and enjoying the amazing pools, views, and food/drinks. Third the condo is very spacious, well decorated, and has every amenity you would need. Lastly the location of the building is a 5 minute inexpensive Uber ride to the romantic zone which has great restaurants and shopping if you decide to venture out. Don’t hesitate to book this condo, you will love it! We can’t wait until we can return again. Thank you John and team for another memorable stay.

We spend a good deal of time in PV and this was one of our favourite stays. The condo is beautiful, the building, facilities and staff are lovely and the location is just far enough away to feel private while being a 7 minute walk along the beach to the middle of the action. We will be back!

The Condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Every person working at the property was very concerned with providing exceptional customer service. We felt very safe but a little isolated. But by the end of our stay we realized there was a stairway to the Malecon from Sayan. It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We will definitely be back! This condo has a great location, close to everything yet just a bit away from all the hustle. The pools are wonderful and the secluded beach was the best. The owner and property manager answered all questions in whatsap with an immediately response. Thank you!!!!

We loved this location, the condo, and especially the kindness of the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make your vacation perfect, including the owner. The drinks and food at the pool were reasonable and delicious and the service was incredible. The security staff- Mel and Moises went above and beyond to keep everything perfect. The beds were very comfortable, a choice of pillows, ice machine and cold water from the fridge. Shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, and paper towels were all provided. Highly recommend.
