I rented the property for 4 nights (8-people) when...
I rented the property for 4 nights (8-people) when we arrived I asked for the internet code and they told me that internet is free only for partners, they asked me how many devices I need to connect, 6 cellphones and 2 laptops (8total) the cost was 55usd/device/week $440 usd-total... I only paid for 1 device to work on my computer, the internet never worked, I went to reception 4 times and they tried to fix the problem, they just said that is something wrong with my computer...
They charged me local taxes like Vegas $45usd.
The suite has 2 bedrooms, very nice view, equipped kitchen, 3 TVs... The communication with the owner was very good, but the hotel rules and policies not.

El CID is a big and busy resort complex and travel...
El CID is a big and busy resort complex and traveling with a 7 year old was much easier with the great pool area and beach.
However, we were expecting a room in the El Moro tower on the beach but were put in the Castilla tower behind the pool and next to a noisy construction project. I think the possibility that we would be put in a different building should have been stated in the VRBO listing. We had made the reservation in early 2020, delayed due to Covid, and paid for it then. Although we were treated well and the rood was comfortable enough, I would have appreciated that information beforehand.
The listing also indicated we would have an oven and a washer-dryer, neither of which were in the room we had. Small issues but we might have packed differently had we known.

Not the room we were expecting

Nice view and location but expensive
