Had a relaxing 3 week stay in this cozy townhouse. Check in was made seamless with the property manager Victoria. She answered all our questions and introduced us to 2 wonderful cab drivers.
Pool and clubhouse were a 5 minute walk away and we made use of them regularly. A bit farther of a jaunt to the beach due to a closure of the shortcut so if on foot about 15-20 minutes.
Enjoyed our time and met some great neighbours.

Beautiful townhouse and we enjoyed it the full 5 months. It is well furnished and gardens are lovely. They is an outdoor kitchen and a blooming banana tree. It is about a 10 min walk to the Ocean and a 3 min walk to the pool. We would recommend d this townhouse to all types of families. If anything does go wrong Antonio is just across the street and he had it fixed quickly.

This is a very well maintained property that is located in a secure community. The community is very quiet and filled with both Mexican, Canadian, and American families. The pool and grounds surrounding it are well groomed. All of the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, and most importantly it's nice and clean. The property manager lives across the street and is readily available to assist as needed. If we return to Mazatlan this is where I would book again without hesitation.

We were denied access to the property and had to wait because the administrator was not aware. The freezer didn´t work well, also the bathroom at night smellled bad.

The best things for me me were the beautiful Mexic...
The best things for me me were the beautiful Mexican decor and colour scheme and the cozy private patio out back.. Even the ambient lighting felt like home. Such I lovely place to come “home” to at the end of the day! The proximity to bus and beach was great but we also enjoyed being in this little oasis away from crowds and noise.
