Vida del Mar (Life of the Sea) covering 10.5 hectares (26 acres) of tropical gardens, has six buildings on the brink of the Golden Pacific. This fabulous beach apartment in Manzanillo has a huge balcony where you can delight in fantastic views of the pacific ocean and its sunset.
The area abounds in wildlife. "Vida owners" may glimpse coastimundi or a fleeting wild boar. Green iguanas often dash across the road in the heat of day. Whale watching is a favorite pastime.
The Vida del Mar complex has 3 swimming pools, a small private beach and a spectacular snorkeling spot.
A full range of fascilities - shopping, banking, medical care, and communications - is only a short drive away. Tennis is available in the area. Nea...

Muy mala experiencia
El anfitrion es una persona muy atenta y reasonable, pero la administración de condominio fue una pesadilla, decidimos llevar mascotas y resulta que hay reglas como: no dejarlos solos en el apartamento, no pueden pisar el área de la alberca, no pueden salir en ciertas áreas, solo pueden salir dos... Muy irreverente...
Nuestras vacaciones se vieron perjudicadas y las tuvimos que cancelar regresamos 5 días antes de lo previsto por queso no podíamos pasar ni un día más ahí .. No recomiendo el departamento tampoco,le hace falta mucho mantenimiento hay cosas oxidadas, no tiene aire acondicionado y es imposible dormir, la cama es dura, no hay TV ni wifi.. La vista es muy linda pero eso es todo, al mar no te puedes meter por que esta lleno de de rocas..

Es verdad que la administración no había informado que solo se permite llevar máximo 2 mascotas por departamento y Silvia trajo sus 3 perritos. Por ende la administración aplicó el reglamento de Vida del Mar ante Silvia.
Por otro lado Silvia, en la descripción del departamento dice que no tiene TV, ni aire acondicionado ni WIFI, eso tu tenias que haberlo visto antes de reservar...En la descripción también dice que la playa privada no es recomendable nadar, pero a 10-15 a pié uno llega a la play ala boquita donde hay mucha gente y restaurancitos para pasarle bien en la playa. Se me hace que no leíste la descripción del anuncio..
Silvia se quedo una noche, y se le devolvió el dinero.

Beautiful view ON the beach in a quiet locaation and great community.
Vida is an older resort, wonderful ex-pat style community. It is isolated, but close, and very safe.
