It has living room with wood fire place, comfortable sofa set, TV, dining room for 6, kitchen with stove, refridgerator, oven, table ware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses etc. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds with down feather blankets, beautiful linnen from Germany, everything nicely decorated. Gas heating system in bedrooms and bathroom, fully equipped bathroom with shower, lavabo and toilet, There is also a common cottage with ping pong, table games, TV and small library with books in several languages.<BR>Horses can be rented from a nearby ranch. We wish that our paying guests should feel fine in our apartment but they are expected to behave like normal neighbors. Parties are allowed but within the limits of respect towards neighbors' right to rest at night and after 10 p.m. the parties should not be too noisy. The owners do not wish to get info conflicts with neighbors because of guests who are there only temporarily, and the gardens and car ports have to be kept clean without leaving garbage and bottles thrown about.

You can do here all kinds of hiking, bird watching, play swingolf, ride on horse back, visit small typical villages, observe millions of stars in the night, or the moon lit sky, look for unusual cacti in the area, go to a nearby market place, go to a church in a village which is situated at 14 km, try the products of the agricultural ranches in the area, buy honey, maguey products, local conserves, local fruits, go out and eat fancy at a restaurant at 20 km from there, visit a museum full of mummies. There is a bus which passes daily and collects people to go to Saltillo or come back from there, The ranch people are very friendly and helpful for anything you need.
