If you are two individuals' and require the use of the second bedroom please put 3 guests into your booking as there is an additional fee of $40 per night for use of the second bedroom. YMH is even more unique as it has a separate fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment at the rear of the property and also listed for short term stays. Your Melbourne House Property Features: 2 large bedrooms each with quality memory foam queen mattresses and built in robes Lovely large and light open plan kitchen, dining and living area with polished 65-inch Sony LCD Smart TV, with multiple apps including Netflix. Newly installed kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space, well equipped with an assortment of cookware, crockery and cutlery, wok cooktop, and separate Miele induction cooktop, Miele electric oven and steam oven, Miele dishwasher, Stainless steel fridge and washing machine. Marble island bench, concrete cast benchtops and lots of space to enjoy cooking. A light airy and inviting kitchen. Large bathroom with separate bath & walk in shower. Powder-room (toilet) located down the hallway. Ducted heating/air-conditioning throughout the property. Off-street parking for one vehicle under the carport. The house is located in a quiet street within the Village and has plenty of free on street parking out front. The property has use of the front garden with outdoor table & chairs. Second bedroom will be opened when booking for 3 or more guests at an additional fee of $40 per guest per night. If you are two individuals requiring a bedroom you will need to put 3 adults into your booking request to ensure you have access to the second bedroom. CHECK IN - 2pm onwards CHECK OUT - Strictly 10am unless otherwise arranged. BOOKING TERMS - Full amount required to secure your stay and access details will be forward 7 days prior to your arrival.
