OH Vacations presents Cape Traverse Luxury Ocean Beach House. This brand new timber-frame, modern beach house is nestled on a cliff's edge surrounded by woods overlooking a completely private beach on the Northumberland Strait, which known for having the warmest waters north of the Carolina's.
The Space:
The house is 3000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Ideal for a large family (all travelers over 12 yrs of age), a group of golfers or a couple looking for their own private summer retreat. Aside from the unique environment friendly 'timber block' design, the massive upper wrap-around deck is the standout feature of this beach house. With access from the two main bedrooms and stairs below, guests can sit and enjoy the ocean views from sunrise to sunset.
