About the neighbourhood
Days out include Lands End, Flambards, Seal Sanctuary, St Michaels Mount, St Ives, Marazion and many more. There are many walks from the village both across country and along the coast path Golfers will enjoy the challenges of Cape Cornwall, Praa Sands or Mullion. There are surf schools and kitesurfing schools close by and for the experienced surfer there are plenty new breaks to try out on the South and North coast. The windsurfing at Longrock and Gwithian is excellent. There are a range of cycle trails to suit all ages and levels or you can try go-karting at Hayle or quad biking near Truro
