A nice and confortable cottage
a very confortable and lovely cottage, fully equipped. Very quiet we enjoyed also the yard where we had meals when the weather wos sunny (yes it was !) Jenny's reserved to us a nice welcome with kindless attentions (beer, chocolates, welsh cakes, etc...) ! We could visit a lot of places around the village we'll keep a good souvenir of this accommodation thanks so much Jenny !

Lovely Cottage, Perfect Location, Amazing Stay!
We have had a lovely stay in Jenny's Cottage - the cottage surpassed all expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and location. Jenny is the perfect host - we greatly appreciated the extra gifts as well! We loved the cottage, the fact it's pet-friendly was also a big bonus. The location is perfect to visit all the best that South Wales has to offer. We have had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning to Jenny's Cottage again soon!

Lovely cottage
We had a 3 night stay in August and were really pleased we booked Jenny's cottage. Its a real home from home, very clean and really well equipped. The welcome treats were a nice touch and Jenny could not have been more helpful. We found it a really good base to explore the area and 3 nights wasn't really enough to do everything we wanted to but if we ever visit the area again we'll be sure to stay at Jenny's cottage. Highly recommended.

Brillient Home
Just spent a fantastic week in this lovely cottage. Set in a quite street near all local amenities and attractions and easy parking. The welcome gifts was a lovely gesture including milk fruit wine cakes and pet food. The cottage is spotlessly clean warm and comfy and we will hopefully return here in the near future.. PS Don't forget to visit the cheese shop, Fab.

Welcoming hideaway
Spent a week here whilst my son recovered from surgery and found a home from home. Located on a typical welsh residential street, we found it cosy and benfitted from some lovely touches from the host, like Easter eggs for the kids and wine for us (also th laundry smell beautiful) small things but we felt right at home from the start. Lots of good walks nearby apparently; easy walking to a small supermarket and a couple of local pubs & takeaways; more further afield if you don’t mind driving. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Excellent for us
The location was perfect for our purposes. We spent in Jenny's cottage ten days. We had enough space for two persons at a very reasonable price. The cottage was clean and tidy and had all the necessary modern conviences. And we could even park our car very often in front of the door, only two yards from the door, which is very rare. We were touring in South Wales and visited Newport, Swansea, Cardiff and many small towns and villages, gardens, museums, castles, churches and natural parks. We recommend Jenny's cottage to other tourists, who want to spend their holidays in South Wales.

Everything you could wish for.
Our week spent at Jenny’s Cottage in Blaenavon was just excellent. The cottage was comfortable and had every possible thing we could need! Jenny was great with communication too. It was also an ideal base for so much to do, including Big Pit, the Ironworks, the Hay Festival, walking up Pen y Fan and just meeting the lovely people in Blaenavon.

TRIP TO WALES
Jenny's cottage was perfect for our stay in Wales, very clean & tidy with welcoming touches such as fresh fruit, flowers, welsh cakes, milk etc. It was a brilliant base for visiting the attractions in Bleanarvon, ie. Big Pit, the Ironworks & the Heritage centre at the bottom of the road was excellent. There was a lovely pub two streets away, The Lion, & the co-op, fish n chips, chemist etc was all only a walk away. We would definately stay there again.

We will return!!
What a charming cottage in a small historic town in South Wales! My family of 4 with two young children really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with everything we needed during our visit. The location was great, we were able to walk to various places in town easily. Street parking was available directly in front of the cottage. We visited several of the local attractions - Big Pit, Ironworks, Keepers Pond, Tretower Castle and also enjoyed meals from several of the local restaurants & takeaways. The owner, Jenny was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. We had quite a pleasant surprise upon our arrival when we discovered she had left us a nice card, flowers, wine, Welsh cakes and some other goodies to make us feel welcome. During our stay, we had several family members who live locally come to visit and were all equally impressed with the cottage. We will definitely stay here again for our future visits!!
