This rental is exactly as described! It was perfect for our family of 5 that included teenagers/young adult age children. Beach chairs, coolers, etc. were available for guests to use. It was our first time visiting St. John so we appreciated Kristen’s help in guiding us to the rental & going over things for check in.

While our accommodations were lovely and views spectacular, we had a few important unexpected bumps. Power outages are frequent and we were without power two of our four mornings, for up to 5 hours each time. It is understandable that it is beyond control of the property managers, but we were told upon arrival they can happen up to 5 times a week. This would have been beneficial to know upon booking.
This means no water in addition to no power…no toilet flushes. We had to haul water from a hot tub to make this possible.
The power outage wiped out wifi. It never came back online even though we reported it. We had to pay to use our data.
The property description advertises a pool, but there was no pool or access. Perhaps misleading because of the hot tub?
Kristen was awesome and did all she could to help us trouble shoot. We were disappointed considering what we paid and the services that we tend to take for granted (water) were significantly unavailable.

We had a great week on St John. The villa was perfect for our family of four. Clean, spacious and had all you really need for a comfortable stay. Views are amazing. Feels very private. Location is only 10-12 minutes outside of town so very convenient. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it. 5 stars for sure.

This house was great for our family of four including two teenagers. It’s well situated overlooking a beautiful cove that was quiet and private yet only 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. The views are truly amazing. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we could for a day at the beach. The hot tub was clean and worked well, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of extra linens. We loved the outdoor shower too!
The property management company was great to work with. Easy to communicate with and we appreciated that Kristen met us at our jeep rental place and led us to the house to give us a tour and answer any questions.
I would highly recommend this home to a small group and I would work with this team any time.
