Pant is stunning traditional Welsh stone cottage, extended and renovated to an exceptionally high standard. It sits in a peaceful countryside setting lying to the North coastal side of the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, standing within its own extensive grounds enjoying open countryside views. Internally the property is presented to an exacting specification combining modern contemporary living with character features of a traditional Welsh cottage. I've tried to capture the cottage as best I can in the photos but they don't really do the place justice - its even better in real life as the many reviews will confirm! The cottage benefits from BT's ultrafast internet. They've only rolled it out to 3% of the country and Pant is lucky enough to be one of those properties. The speed is amazingly up to 200Mb - faster than most central London properties!! Use of Amazon Alexa which allows you to play up to 30 million different songs in the lounge and kitchen is also included for free. The extended part of the cottage provides an entrance hall leading into a superb modern fitted kitchen with a cast iron wood burning stove and double glazed windows and French doors overlooking the rear gardens, all providing natural daylight. It includes a high specification glass induction hob, built in microwave, buit in oven, Dualit toaster and kettle, contemporary kitchen units with granite worktops, large table seating eight, slate flooring, iPod docking station. A superb living room has been created from the original part of the cottage with feature stonework and an inglenook fireplace with a fitted cast iron wood burner. There are two large Marks and Spencer sofas each seating three people, one of which is a sofa bed. There is a John Lewis leather chair and three John Lewis suede bean bags. It has a 42in Panasonic plasma TV with Freeview and Humax Freesat satellite TV. There is a Playstation 3 with a selection of games including Playstation Move, DVDs plus a selection of board games. It has a Bang and Olufsen wall mounted hi-fi with AirPlay technology which allows music to be played from an iPhone or iPad wirelessly. The master bedroom has a leather Marks and Spencer king size bed, walnut bedside tables, contemporary built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a feature stone wall, traditional cast iron double bed, two large antique pine chests of drawers and art deco style lighting. Children's bedroom has a total of four single beds two of which are in the main downstairs part of the bedroom and two are mattresses in an upstairs crog loft. Note that the crog loft has limited headroom and is therefore best suited for use by children. The main bathroom has a large P-shaped bath with shower Throughout the property there are contemporary oak doors, oak skirting boards and window sills, slate floors and designer lighting. The house is warmed by underfloor heating as well as the two wood burning stoves. Outside there is a large garden with football goals, a trampoline and a climbing frame/tree house. There is a patio area with a slate table seating six. There is a wooden decked area with a further table for six and granite bistro table for two. There is also a gas barbecue and various outdoor games. There is a large high specification hot tub that seats five with a built in lighting and sound system. The hot tub is available 365 days a year at an additional cost of just £50 per weekend or £75 per week.More

About the neighbourhood
Pant lies in a delightful rural setting to the North coastal side of the peninsula lying some 0.5 miles along a country lane, off the main B4413 Pwllheli/Aberdaron Road. The picturesque, historic village of Aberdaron lies to the tip of the peninsula about 4.5 miles distant, with several scenic coves and beaches to explore along the rugged coastline. There are two great pubs - the Gwesty Ty Newydd which fronts the beach and serves fantastic food, and The Ship which is just across the road which also serves great food. Abersoch, perhaps the most well known village on the peninsula is about 20 minutes drive away. It has a number of boutique shops, beaches and upmarket restaurants. Pwllheli is the main market town on the peninsula and is about 30 minutes drive away. It has a large ...
Getting around
The local villages and beaches can be reached by bike and you'll need you're car to reach Pwllheli and the attractions of Snowdonia.
