Bodnant with Sea Views & WiFi has four bedrooms consisting of two double rooms, a single bedroom and a bunk bed room which give great flexibility for sleeping arrangements. There is a well equipped kitchen, relaxing living room with log fire and fabulous conservatory and patio area with amazing views over the sea. At night, guest have the opportunity to do a bit of star gazing as the clear skies over the coast reveal some impressive constellations. The house has a wonderful ambience of calm and relaxation from the minute you walk through the door into the impressive large hallway and is a real home from home. The little touches around the house reflect the effort the owners have made to create more than just a holiday house. About the neighbourhood
Bodnant is situated within easy walking distance of Aberdaron - a beautiful seaside village at the very tip of the Lleyn Peninsula. Known as “The Land’s End of Wales” it boasts a magnificent mile long sandy beach, the ancient Pilgrim Church of St Hywyn, shops and two pubs with excellent food. The Llyn is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seals and dolphins and all manner of birdlife are plentiful. Bardsey Island, a former site of religious pilgrimage, is 2 miles off-shore and the owners can arrange a boat trip for you. The owners also hire cycles for touring the quiet lanes of this beautiful rural area. There are numerous other activities in the area as well, including fishing, horse-riding, golf and Glasfryn Parc where you can enjoy go-karting, ten-pin bowling, archer...
How to get there
Aberdaron in situated in an area of outstanding views and beautiful countryside at the tip of the Llyn Peninsula in north-west Wales. On a clear day, you can see Snowdon and the mountains of Snowdonia, Anglesey, the whole of Cardigan Bay as far south as Newquay and even the Wicklow mountains of Ireland. By Car: Aberdaron is easily found by car. Visitors from the north west of England follow the A55 along the north coast of Wales to Bangor and then either the A487 to Pwllheli, followed by the A497 to Llanbedrog and the B4413 to Aberdaron or the A487 to the roundabout at Glan-rhyd, followed by the A499 to just before Llanaelhaearn, then turn right onto the B4417 to Penygroeslon and then right onto the B4413 to Aberdaron.
