This condo is in a superb location in which to have a great vacation.

This well appointed 2 bed and 1.5 bath apartment also offers covered parking and security fob access. Two bedrooms with queen/double sized beds on the upper floor (main floor is the open plan living area).

Seven Mile Beach is just across the road with quick and easy access, as well as a small shopping mall within a one minute walk to supply your shopping needs (spa, fitness centre, supermarket, restaurants, clothing, coffee shop and more). Nightlife activities are also within easy walk.
Exclusive to our clients are discounts at Touch of Thai Day Spa and Salon (located within Park Place Plaza itself) and one of the best restaurants on the island - Thai Orchid Restaurant and Sushi Bar.
The airport is a short drive away, around 8 minutes.

We stayed at this property for a spur of the moment couples vacation over Labor Day week. To be succinct and not drag out this review I'll say that the communication is fantastic between management and guests. The building is very secure and in a prime location for rental gear, restaurants and the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property! The only downside is there is no pool however for the price and with the beach directly across the street we didn't even notice it missing! Do not pass up the opportunity to save a lot of money and stay at a beautiful place!

Park Place is very central to the happening areas of Grand Cayman.
Within a kilometre (easy walking distance), there are so many restaurants to cover all tastes. Several restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton, Copper Falls is a great steakhouse and Edoardos at the end of the road is a very popular venue (especially on Friday nights), going towards Georgetown several pub/restaurants (such as Deckers and Lone Star) that are quite lively (and inexpensive). .... and that just names a few. A quick google will show even more.
